Hello there 👋🏽 Thank you for checking out my profile. My name is Ambrosia. I’m a stay at home mom with two older boys. Looking to fill my time helping fellow animal lovers while my kids are in school. I grew up with cats but once I moved out on my own I rescued my dogs. I worked with humane societies and fostered for awhile. It gave me a well rounded experience with animals of all personalities. I currently own two pit mixes that I’ve had for 11 years now. I also own 3 ducks. I love animals of all shapes and sizes. I have experience with bearded dragons, hedgehogs, and one awesome opossum. I’d love to offer my services to you and take your fur babies for walks, play time, and socialization. I’m currently not working anywhere else so I can devote my time to checking in on your fur kids. I will be devoting Mon-Fri for my services but will have some weekend time available too. I would love to meet and greet beforehand so we can make sure your animal feels comfortable letting me into your home and trusting me with walks.

My Belgian Mal and German Shepherd love Ambrosia! She has a fun and energetic personality which my dogs love! My Shepherd is a sweet big boy but he intimidates many with his size and my Mal is Go, go, go 24/7. Her energy is never ending. Both have extensive training and are trained in multilingual commands. Am Ambrosia was more than happy to learn these commands and use them. She always considers each dogs behavior and emotional well being at the time and she adjusts accordingly. She plays fun games with both dogs to keep the boredom away and keep their brain active, takes them on plenty of walks regardless of the weather, and even brushes them for me occasionally! Shes also flexible and accommodating with scheduling which my husband and I greatly appreciate. I know your pets will love Ambrosia as much as mine do!
Ambrosia has loved all animals since she was little. She has cared for dogs, cats, birds, rodants and reptiles . She is very knowledgeable and loving towards those in her care. I owned a very aggressive German shepherd that had to be isolated from other dog's She was able to acclimate him to the point that he was able to socialize with other dogs. She has been a foster to dogs as well as caring for my other german shepherd in her home while I was working 8 to 12 hrs a day. She is very reliable and very responsible. She would be a great asset to your service.
Ambrosia is a caring individual and treats every dog as if it was hers. She has watched my dogs numerous times and sometimes they don’t even want to leave her.

Please let me know your dogs preferred walking style. Slow and steady, slight jog, interval sprints, or any specific routes they enjoy the best. What kind of leash system do you use or prefer? Leash and collar, harness, or prong. Are you comfortable with me using a prong collar if your dog is an extreme puller? Does your dog have any reactivities? Do they have any diet restrictions that would prevent me from giving them treats?
A typical day
I love going for walks rain or shine. Unless there’s lightening I don’t mind getting wet if your dog doesn’t. We can play fetch or tug of war or what ever fun game your dogs enjoy.
