Pet care experience
Dog lover who has a dog, I would love to walk or check in on yours! I grew up with a lot of animals around me, but haven’t had a dog in 15+ Years until 2019. I enjoy the company of a furry friend. I can walk your dog, check in on them for you. I’m willing to watch pets overnight at your house. I’ve been watching locals dogs up here in Tahoe for the last 10 + years. I have a 12 year old daughter with me 1/2 of the time. I’m available in winter months almost anytime. I work my regular job part time in the winter & have a lot of freedom with my job, so working out a schedule isn’t complicated. I make it work!

Amber was fantastic -- flexible, responsive, and great with dogs! She also braved blizzard weather to walk Kai (who loved the frigid temperatures as much as he loved Amber!). I highly recommend her!

Amber has cared for Patches many times while we have been out of town and walked her on long days away from home. Patches is always excited to see her and enjoys her time with Amber. Our family trusts Amber and know that Patches is well cared for when we are away. She is our “go to” for dog care.

A typical day
I live right by Tahoe Park Beach where I can walk, play with your dog. Take doggies to the Tahoe city dog park. There’s also a wonderful walking path in my neighborhood that we can go on. There are several dog parks we can also go to in the area.

Availability
Everyday I’m walking walking walking with my dog. Starting at 5:30 am… I’m with my husky at work, taking her on walks, outings everyday! She’s my buddy!! I can make sure she’s taken care of if you need me alone with your dog.
