Would not recommend. We definitely should’ve done a meet and greet first, and that’s our bad. We were very anxious about finding a sitter bc our dog typically goes everywhere with us, but the air bnb rented for the holidays didn’t allow pets. I expressed this anxiety from the beginning and we were told we would get updates and pictures. We never heard from Amber unless we reached out first and she would take hours to reply sometimes. I asked for a picture of my dog and was left on read for hours before receiving one. I got this one picture the whole time. Upon pick up, which was a scheduled time through Rover, I was told no one was home to give me my dog. I stated I would be there at the scheduled time and would wait if needed. They misplaced one of our dogs bowls and gave us a random one and $5 in return? As we were finally driving away with our dog, we realized his collar was missing. Not sure why it was ever taken off, but we turned around and it was returned.
