Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of all animals most of my life. I still volunteer at the Alcove Pet Rescue and help take care of the foster babies there. I have cared for up to 30 dogs at once during my time at the pet rescue! I’m great at managing multiple pets at a time, of different sizes, needs, and temperament. I also helped at clinics with taking care of the kennel dogs of all shapes and sizes. With all my experience with dealing with all kinds of fur babies, I know how treat dogs with special needs and give them the love and care they deserve. I also have my pet CPR license, so I am ready for any situation. My coworkers have said I am like a dog whisperer and I fit right into their pack! I love all my furry babies: great and small!

Amber is always attentive, caring, and genuinely seems to love taking care of my dog. Plus, my dog loves to see her, every time she visits! Which is a huge plus. I would highly recommend her!

For meet and greets I like to take my time for your dog to get to know me and to make sure your dog is comfortable with me. I also like to hear about your routines with your dogs so I understand their personal needs. I am comfortable with dispensing medications, special feeding instructions and any other concerns that need to be handled while your dog is in my care.
A typical day
I like to keep the dogs active and stimulated. For the younger dogs in my care we run, play with toys and go for walks. I have a fenced in yard as well as a park close to my home. For my older dogs in my care we have plenty of cuddles, snoozes and pets. I cannot confirm nor deny that I like to give out treats for snuggles.
