I had an excellent experience with Amber! It was the first time I ever used the Rover App and Amber made it super user friendly for me to book my stay. She answered all of my questions and her communication throughout the stay was amazing! (Received pics & a video without a request)I honestly think the best part was after my dogs stay, I saw him on her profile. That really means a lot to me. Not only did she watch him but she gave him lots of love as well!

Amber is amazing. You can tell she really love all types of animals. She really goes the extra mile to make the animals feel loved, from picking up poop, cleaning litter, going for walks or just sitting and playing.
