Hello! I am Amber. I live in Arlington and have a full time job in Fort Worth. I was in the Veterinary field for nine years and have been at a Vet ER for five. I have one chihuahua, Neville Longbottom, and one pitbull-Lab, Pebbles. I would say they are pretty close to being my children. I have been dog sitting here and there for select clients and friends over the years in my free time. Here recently I decided to do it as a part time job. Amber was a true professional when meeting and hosting our pup Izzy. We got picture texts regularly to keep us updated to let us know she was happy and safe. I always hate when everyone thinks they’re a dog whisperer when they talk to you about your dog and his/her behavior, and I was worried we might get a lecture during introduction on what we might doing wrong and blah blah, but she understood Izzy’s quirks and made everyone happy. Amber just made the process too easy, and I would absolutely use her services again.
Amber has been a lifesaver for me. Its so great to be able to schedule a walk and a visit for my dog, Riley, on days I have to work late or go out of town. So much easier then dropping off at a boarding center. Riley gets to enjoy the comfort of his own home, without all the unnecessary stress that boarding causes. Amber goes above and beyond too! So much more love for my guy than he would get in a “cage” at a boarding center. I know she treats him with as much love as possible and that is vital for me to know when I already feel so guilty for leaving him. Gives me great peace of mind and I would recommend her services to anyone!
My dog *is* my family. What I appreciate most about Amber is not just her obvious love for animals (my pups fell for her immediately) but her professional approach. Its so great to be able to schedule a walk and a visit for my dog, Paco, on days I have to work late or go out of town. She is extremely good at it: so good, in fact, that on my latest five-day trip Paco didn’t even give me a guilt trip when I got home!
