Amber did not meet the expectations of our agreement. If we did not have alerts on our garage doors and security cameras outside our home, I would have thought she stayed over night per our house sitting agreement. We came home after one night away for a funeral and the guest bed was messed as to look like someone had stayed there, but we could see from our cameras that Amber had instead left for nearly 10 hours. When we asked if she was at the house in the morning, she messaged that she left “for a bit” She was kind to our dogs as far as we know, but was dishonest and unprofessional with us. We had a conversation about our expectations during our meet and greet where Amber expressed that she would prefer to stay at her own house overnight, and we told her that our young dog had not been left alone overnight and that if she wasn’t able to stay, we could find other arrangements for our dogs. Amber offered a refund, but we have not received it.

Amber is great and took wonderful care of our dog. Would be happy to book again.
