I've been passionate about animals from a very young age. Growing up, I would constantly bring home stray and/or lost animals in order to nurse them back to health, get them back to their families and/or find them new homes. Ever since I can remember I’ve never lived without a dog by my side. I've always found it extremely interesting to observe and try to understand dogs, particularly in a pack setting. You can tell a lot about an animal just by paying close attention. There's a sweet, simple innocence in animals that makes you able to momentarily forget the complications in life and just enjoy the moment. I've always had a strong connection with animals, so interacting with pets just comes naturally to me. I've taken some Veterinary Courses, Graduated from the Animal Behavior College, I am Pet Tech Certified and have previously worked in a Dog Daycare in Seattle. My best friend for the last 13 years has been a sassy Great Dane/Lab mix named Maisen. She's quite particular about her people, so I definitely understand that it's important to be able to trust the person you are leaving your best friend with. There's just no love like a dog’s loyalty, and I try to achieve the same loyalty in my life. I pride myself in being efficient and flexible. I understand how lonely and stressful it can be when their daily routine is changed and their loved ones are gone. I would be happy to take them on walks or even to the dog park. I have experience administering different types of medications, as well as insulin injections. I am more than happy to help out around the house as well. *At this time, my 6-month old son, Luca, will have to accompany me to all client homes.
