Pet care experience
I grew up on a small farm and have always had dogs. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to take care of their small farms. I've taken care of: - Dogs - Cats - Horses - Cows - Sheep - Chickens - Geese - Ostrich. (That's no joke 😂) Dogs are the best. 🥰 I have two of my own, Penny (Shorthaired Pointer) and Joker (Senior German Shepherd mix). I currently am an online student, so my schedule is open to your needs! I'd love the opportunity to take care of your pups and go on walks! They would be loved, played with, and cuddled with throughout the walk. Does your dog prefer specific toys? Let me know so I can bring one with me. The walks will be driven by your pup, within reason of course. I'll encourage lots of sniffing to help burn up some energy and get their mind moving. Throughout all of this, I'll keep you updated with pictures, to ensure you that your pup is safe and in good hands.

I am currently available for dog walking and drop ins. During walks I make sure to ALWAYS keep dogs on a leash. Their safety is my utmost concern. I have a 20ft lead I can attach to your pup if they're super energetic and need to run. If you are going to be out of town for a while, I will request in-depth instructions for taking care of your babies while your gone, like any medicines, favorite blankets, or anything to make your absence safe and more relaxing for your babies.

Let me know if your dog has any sensitivity or behavioral issues to be aware of. I'd like to know about allergies, medications, and any illnesses beforehand as well. Also, please let me know about any reactivity triggers, like dogs, cats, bicycles, or squirrels. This makes me more prepared to safely handle your pet during walks.
A typical day
I love playing with all dogs! I will always ask what toys are their favorite and bring them with us on the walk. I let the dogs sniff around and lead the walk. During drop ins I will always make sure to LOVE your animals. Too many pet sitters simply show up, let your dogs outside, feed and water them, then leave. I take the time to love every animal and give them belly rubs, snuggles, play time, and whatever they seem to enjoy. I want to make sure your pets are as comfortable as possible during your absence.
