Hello, my name is Amber. I have 10 years experience in pet sitting, 7 of those 10 years as a nationally certified vet tech. I have 2 dogs of my own, a mastiff and a Border Collie as well as 2 cats. I absolutely love animals and would be delighted to help care for yours whenever you need a helping hand! I feel my vet tech background gives me that little extra edge and reliability when caring for your four-legged babies. I work part-time as a veterinary technician. I am available for check-ins, overnight care, feedings, medication administration, walking and playing as well as basic positive reinforcement training and leash walking. Amber has sat for our dog and two cats on two separate occasions, the first being a week and the second being a weekend. Amber has bonded with our dog so well that he gets excited when we mention her name. Though offering her access to our refrigerator and pantry, she insisted on bringing her own meals. When we have returned from both trips, our apartment was left in the same condition as we left it. In either instance, personal effects have not turned up missing. Amber also makes us feel less guilty about leaving our pets by sending us multiple images and updates each day. I would highly recommend Amber for any pet sitting needs.
Amber has been a pet sitter for us for the past 4 years. She is highly dependable and treats your pets like her own. We have 4 dogs and 1 cat and she takes very good care of them when we are on vacation. She sends photos and any updates if needed. We had elderly dogs in the past and she saved one due to coming over earlier than planned and rushed her to the Vet and we are very grateful, we had our old gal for another year. I highly recommend using Amber for your pet needs. In fact I make sure our vacation dates are set early in her planner so as not to lose out on her services. As long as we have pets and she's willing, she'll always be our pet sitter!
Amber has been looking after our pets for several years now. We have been very happy with her - and our pets are, too. We really appreciate that Amber sends us daily texts and photos while we're away, to let us know how our babies are. Knowing she is a vet tech is also very reassuring.
