I’ve always had a huge heart for dogs, so getting to take care of them is a huge privilege for me! I’ve always had dogs and know just how important they are, so I’m very grateful for the opportunity to bring them even more happiness. From being an owner myself to working with dogs in professional capacities, I believe that dogs are really something special. I also know how difficult it can be to be away from your best friend, so I’m here to make that time as easy as possible! As far as experience goes, I have been around them for almost my entire life! I grew up with them as a kid and then transitioned into being a dog walker and sitter later on. As a sitter and walker, I’ve handled tons of different dogs and have always had tons of fun learning all about their unique personalities! I have no breed restrictions, and am comfortable with pups of all shapes and sizes. I also have experience working with animals that have medical needs and specialized diets. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. I believe that the key to a great booking is excellent communication! I love asking tons of questions right off the bat, before the booking even begins, so I can get a good idea of you and your care expectations. During a stay, I always send detailed daily updates so that you can be kept in the loop on everything that we’ve done for the day. Taking notes on anything you’ve requested is all in a day’s work as well. And, of course, those updates will always include tons of pictures so you can see just how much fun we’re having together!
