I understand just how stressful it can be to find someone to care for your fur babies while you're away. I provide compassionate care tailored to your pets needs and share frequent updates, so you can focus at work or relax on vacation without worry. I have experience with cats/dogs ranging from 12 weeks to 10 years of age, along with those requiring special care for arthritis, sensitive stomachs, and urinary/kidney issues. I've also cared for fish, birds, hermit crabs, guinea pigs, and rabbits. I can't wait to meet and care for your furry friend(s)!

Amber was great with our dog and cat who need to stay separated. She kept us up to date with pics any even slept on our couch to accommodate our dog being uneasy with her leaving him out alone. I would highly recommend!!

Amber and her husband William have provided care for our pets in the past. As an experienced pet owner, I've gone through all the animal life stages from kitten/puppyhood to their golden years. My goal is to provide the same level of care that you would while you're away! For house sitting services, it is as equally important to maintain your home and treat it with respect while providing care for your pet. Your home will be tidied up prior to my departure and I am happy to collect mail/packages, water plants, and take out trash cans on collection day.

To ensure your pet receives the highest quality of care, please ensure their care profile on Rover is complete and any of the following applicable information is provided: • Health/behavioral concerns • Allergies or food sensitivities • Required medication and administration schedule • Likes/dislikes/triggers • Commands known and/or signals • Feeding/potty/sleep schedule • Any special requests (no pets on furniture, restricted areas, etc.)
A typical day
HOUSESITTING: I provide your dog with several play sessions throughout the day, while adhering to your typical feeding/potty schedule. Kitties will also receive frequent interaction, food/water replenishment, and have their litter boxes scooped. Snuggles, enrichment activities, and walks are always encouraged but are based on the comfort level of you & your pet(s). Please note, your residence becomes my "home base" for the duration of your booking unless otherwise requested. I typically spend the early evening through late morning of the next day with your pet; however I may need to step out during the day to attend appointments, run errands, etc. If this is the case, your pet will receive a mid-day visit and will not be left alone for more than 4 hours (unless discussed otherwise prior to confirming the booking). I am happy to discuss any requests where your pet requires additional companionship or constant care with 24/7 monitoring - just shoot me a message! DROP-INS/WALKS: Your pets safety and comfort is a priority in my care. Should there be inclement weather during your booking, I am happy to switch any walk service to a drop-in without an additional fee & ensure your pup remains active for the full 30 or 60 minute session.
