Pet care experience
I was a former dog owner. My boxer passed away about a year ago (from old age). I understand dogs well, as I had trained my boxer to be a therapy dog. We volunteered at hospitals & nursing homes. I would enjoy having a dog or puppy to play with! I miss that companionship. I will treat your dog with love, friendship, and unlimited play time. If allowed, lots of treats too! My husband and I live by lake Calhoun. Lots of walking opportunities. We have a large fenced in backyard, where your pet will be completely safe. We do have steps and hardwood floors in our home. We really are just looking to do this for a great family/person that needs a little help from time to time with their pet. I look forward to meeting your four legged friend! ? Sincerely, Amber

Amber loves dogs and is a very conscientious and responsible dog sitter. I have entrusted my dog to her many times and Patches always comes home happy and healthy. She gets excited when I tell her we are going to Amber's house. As a bonus, Amber lives a block from the lake, so there are lots of fun trails for dog walking. Her backyard is also well fenced.
