Pet care experience
After coming back from travelling I have taken my dog walking and dog sitting business full time. With 2 years experiences looking after others pets to a life times experience of looking after my own dogs. I have experience with scared dogs to dogs that may show aggressive behaviour due to unfortunately being missed treated in the past. High level of experience with rescue dogs, puppies, senior dogs and dogs with lots of energy!

Amber looked after our dog while were away for a week, she was always keeping us updated and regular photos were being taken so we could enjoy our holiday seeing that our dog was in safe hands. Our dog seemed really happy and comfortable with Amber, as she treated her like she was her own dog. When coming home our home was in spottless condition and our dog was really relaxed. Definitely will be using Amber again and recommend her to anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday without little to no worries about their pets at home.

By pet sitting at your home, this allows your pet to be in a familiar environment while you are away. Taking away a large amount of stress they may experience from being in a new environment. To make your pets feel more comfortable I work around your pets needs. Every dog and cat is different some wanting massive amounts of fuss to others needing longer to adjust. I offer multiple pet visits before a pet sit to allow your pet to get used to me before you go away. This could involve a quick 30 minute visit to a short dog walk.

A typical day
It’s important pets feel stimulated both mentally and physically an example will be playing in the house with toys. For dogs more outdoor activities such as fetch, tug of war and walking. If the owner and dog feel up to it I’m happy to provide running with the dog. If the owner has a suitable harness or I have one available that may fit.

Availability
From Monday to Thursday I am able to dog sit full time though out the day but may need to leave the house for 4 hours maximum. From Friday to Sunday I work a part time job and may need to be gone for up to 8 hours. I may have the opportunity to organise my mum to visit pets during this time to walk or let them out. She is fully experienced with dog sitting and walking.
