Hello, my name is Amber. I have pet sat on and off for the last 20 years. I started watching my uncles poodles and branched our from there. I’ve watched small to large breed dogs and cats. I’ve also looked after fish and lizards for my clients too. I worked at a pet hospital in college, so that gave me a lot of good experience with dogs and cats. I do have a dog of my own. Macie is a 5ish month old boxer mix. She is a sweet and mellow pup that goes everywhere with me. She would be going with me to any overnight stay as she is an assistive animal. She would never be left alone with your pups, as she is with me almost 100% of the time. I have always loved animals. From farm animals to house pets. I’ve raised chickens and had dogs, cats, fish and a rabbit growing up. I haven’t pet sat since I moved to San Diego and I miss the animals. I’ve had some of the same clients for years. I’ve gone through loss of pets with them, which is the hardest part of the job. But I have also been able to welcome new pets with them. I’m hoping I might seem like the right person for your pet.
