Pet care experience
I've spent the past few years training my own dog as well as teaching her numerous tricks that impress all. I am looking to take my experience to other families in the form of walking and in-home sitting! While I have not yet had the opportunity to pet sit in a professional manner, I am confident in my ability to ensure the safety of pets and satisfaction of all clients. I look forward to working with all interested puppy families!

Amber is an excellent dog owner. She is the owner of a 3 year old german shepard/lab mix who is simply the smartest dog ever. Amber has been abled to train Maddie to perform various tricks and she is a very obedient dog. She is very responsible when taking care of her dog.
Amber is an amazing, compassionate, caring person; this shines through in her love for animals. Amber has, on many occasions, house-sat and taken care of my Australian Shepherds and they love her as if she were their own fur mom! She also adopted a puppy from a rescue situation and has thoroughly trained and loved her girl, Maddie. It is such a pleasant experience to spend time with Amber and Maddie and see the love that they have for each other. I would HIGHLY recommend Amber for any kind of animal care.

Knowing how a dog interacts with other humans and animals is definitely a must, it can prevent encounters that might not be benificial to anyone involved. I'll ask about bathroom habits and any timing I should be aware of, how often each owner prefers to give their dog treats, the level of training the dog has received and any specific behaviors the owner wants me to work on correcting or monitor.
A typical day
I'd love to cater to owner preference regarding activities for their pup. Activities can include a walk at any nearby hiking trail, around White Rock Lake, a local dog park or simply around the neighborhood. I am also very proficient at all frisbee, stick and ball throwing!
