Pet care experience
I've grown up with 2 Labradors and 2 cats, it was my responsibility to look after them and I also trained them to do things like sit and leave food. I've looked after my dogs from them being puppies to them now being nearly 13. Before passing away, one of my dogs required a significant amount of care and a lot of medication that had to be given at specific times, this was done in a patient and calm manner and I made sure that she felt safe afterwards. I also cared for my sisters cocker spaniel when he was a puppy and his temperament was very different to what my labs were like but I adapted to this and gave him all the attention that he needed.

Amber did a great job sitting for us, she watched our 2 dogs and 3 cats while we were away at a wedding, Our dogs are high energy and this didn’t phase Amber, We had a meet up before the sit to check we were both happy with everything and for her to meet the pets, The house was left nice and tidy and the dogs were calm and happy when we got home, Would 10/10 recommend, and we will definitely be using Amber again in the future.

Amber has looked after our 2 dogs since she was little and was always the one that played with them and walked them. She still comes home just to check on how Charlie is doing

I am very confident around all dogs and I know that sometimes your dog may need some space. I am always careful and patient when dogs seem stressed. I am also able to give pets any medication that they may require.

I am happy to work with any dog as long as they are not extremely aggressive, if they're slightly aggressive I'm still happy to work with them as long as you let me know how to make them more comfortable. Any potential temperaments, health conditions, tricks, allergies, food requirements and feeding schedules, and daily routines. If I am going to be with the dog for an extended amount of time, I would like to know what the expectations from the owners also are so I can go above and beyond for them!
A typical day
I love spending time with dogs, weather this is playing high energy games with them or relaxing with them. I can adapt to the needs of the pets and I'm happy to do anything :)

Availability
I work Monday to Friday but I can work around these times, I also work for 4 hours on a Saturday morning but I wouldn't be gone for more than 5 hours and can give a discount if I have a shift when dog sitting. I also work from home on a Friday so could look after pets on this day as well.
