We were pretty displeased with Ambar’s visits at our house. First of all, she brought her man and child into our home which she didn’t let us know about. We told her our dogs haven’t been out in a while yet she felt the need to try and feed them first so one of our dogs ended up peeing in the living room. And that was just the first visit. During the second visit she left ten minutes early and didn’t tell us even though we’d told her to let us know when she arrived and left so we can control the door and alarm. Since she didn’t, they were both disengaged until she finally mentioned she left. What was even more frustrating is that I mentioned our door and alarm being disengaged to her and she didn’t even respond let alone apologize. She just finally checked out of the walk after that. When you hire a walker because you’re out of town, you expect them to get the exercise and care they need. We were very displeased with them not getting the length of walk we paid for and knowing that our home could’ve been violated because of her negligence was upsetting. We won’t be booking with her again. Though thanks to good customer service, I’m willing to try Rover again.
