I've taken care of dogs since I was 5 years old, including two family dogs of my own - from the time they were pups to senior dogs. I am familiar with regular pet care such as proper walking techniques, meal times, and specialized medicinal care. I'm a true dog lover and your pet's safety is my top priority!

Amaya took such amazing care of our pup and our home while we were away for a long weekend. Our dog is elderly and requires specialized care, as he uses a wheelchair to get around and has a specific medication schedule, and Amaya managed everything with the extra attention and support needed to keep him comfy while we were gone. She made sure she was following our instructions throughout the weekend and shared updates and photos every few hours. We’re so grateful Amaya was available to look after our pup and we highly recommend her!
We had Amaya over to care for our dog for a week. I loved that she was very communicative and sent us pictures every day. Our dog loved that he had a new friend to velcro onto. She was flexible with arrival and departure times and left the house in good shape.
Amaya was amazing to my puppy, Quinn! She kept me updated by sending pictures daily and reached out to let me know how Q was doing. She stayed over for 3 nights and took such good care of my baby (who requires a lot of love and movement!) I felt at ease knowing she was there!

Availability
I currently work from home 3 days out of the week and am available on certain weekdays and weekends for drop ins, overnights, and daytime house sitting. My job provides me flexibility to step out for 15-30 minute walks throughout the weekday or to just keep your loved one company. Whether you’re going on vacation, an overnight weekend trip, or just need to go into the office, my schedule can be flexible to your specific needs!
