I’ve been part time offering pet care for family and friends over the past many years and have been a part of the Rover community for a little over three years now! I am excited to reach out and hopefully be able to love on more pets in my area. I do work full time Mon-Fri on a fairly regular 9 to 5 schedule. I try my best to be as flexible as I can and am a very nurturing, responsible individual. I live in a spacious enough apartment to hold one, two at most precious pups at a time, I don’t have any children and am a non smoker. I also do not currently have any pets of my own. I live on the first level of my apartment with my sweet pet loving boyfriend. Our apartment complex is pet friendly and we have access to a semi backyard/plenty of grass and walking areas. I grew up on a small farm in Thurmont, MD and am very accustomed to all different types and sizes of dogs. From Golden Retrievers and Labradors to Saint Bernards and even Great Danes I am typically very okay with the larger sized dogs! I also have experience with smaller dogs such as Corgis and Maltese. If you do decide to book with me a few common things I am comfortable with and you can expect from me would be regular feedings, administration of any medications if necessary, walks, grooming, lots of cuddles and kisses (of course!!!) as well as plenty of playtime and outdoor bathroom breaks. If you are considering giving me the honor and privilege of taking care of your sweet pet please know that I do not take this responsibility lightly. I am honored that you would even consider trusting me with a member of your family and I want you to know that I will do everything I can to make sure your pet has as comfortable of a stay in my home as possible. I also always send updates and pictures while your pet stays with me. Any pups that stay with me over any week days must be able to be crated or left in home for 8 hours while I am at work. I am usually home by 5pm during the week so I would be at home with the pup(s) a little while in the mornings, fully in the evenings and all day during the weekends. As I am also in an apartment rental pets must be fully potty trained!!
