Let me know if your dog has any special needs (medications) or anything else I may need to know ahead of time. If you are asking for boarding services I like to know if your dog is house broken and potty trained. There may be moments where your pet is left alone for circumstances that may arise. I always ask if your pet is crate trained or if they do well in the home alone. My dog used to have severe separation anxiety so I do have experience with that. He now does well home alone, after years of training. I do have a crate for him that I can have him in when leaving the home if you aren’t comfortable with the dogs being alone together for any period of time. If your dog does well home alone, then no crate is needed. If your dog enjoys their crate and that is their “bed” I would recommend you bringing it when dropping them off. It is also important to know about any behaviors they may have (example: pulling on leash, barking at other dogs, lunging, nervousness, trouble getting along with dogs, eating objects, etc). I have experiences with most of these behaviors. If you have a dog that pulls on leash I would prefer to use a no pull harness. It's also important to know their age, breed, and personality. Are they lazy or high energy? All of this information will help to personalize their experience. If you have a cat it is important to know of any special needs and behaviors. The typical day consists of walking your dog/s around the park or neighborhood. I have toys if your dog would like to play with them.
