I have had a love for animals ever since I was a young child. I enjoy any interaction with animals. They genuinely put a smile on my face and make me forget about my worries. I had a senior dog who was in great health and lived to be over 15 years old. When I told people her age, no one believed me because of how lively she acted. She was my first pet and I cannot imagine having gone through my childhood and adolescent years without her by my side! I have volunteered numerous times at animal shelters and vet clinics. Also, I have taken care of several of my neighbors' pets who range in size and age for various lengths of time. I treat pets like they are my own and take very good care of them, making sure that they are well fed and happy. When I would do drop ins, I usually stayed longer than was needed just because I saw how happy the pets were every time I came over to check on them. I am a very organized, hard working, outgoing woman who has a passion for animals. My dog enjoyed my singing so maybe your pets will too! I would use a gentle tone when initially speaking to your pet so that they will get used to me being around them and not feel threatened. I really do believe that I take after Dr. Doolittle in that I feel like I can really understand how an animal is feeling. I can easily sense when an animal is uncomfortable and I will do my very best to make sure that your pet has a great time while their parents are away! I always made time for my pet’s needs and I will do the same for your pets! It will not be an issue for me to take your dogs on walks or to clean your cat’s litter box. I am a dependable person so your pets will be in good hands! I enjoy taking pictures and videos of the animals that I care for and sending them to my clients. This allows me to give them updates as to how their pets are doing and ease any worries that they may be having while away.
