Hi, my name is Amara. I have taken care of dogs for most of my adult life, including our family dogs since high school. I took over the care of my sister's dog after she had twins, until his passing at nearly 19 years. I am familiar with senior dogs and administering medications. I believe that our dogs are family members and will treat your pet with the best possible care and attention.

Amara was outstanding in every way with our dog Rufus. He is on a complex regimen of meds and she attended to all his needs and kept me posted. We came home to a happy dog and clean house. Highly recommend!
Amara was wonderful. Our dog had had TPLO surgery just a few short days before we needed help and she was lovely! She came over ahead of time to review the medications and protocols. She arrived on time and kept both of our dogs great and loving company. They loved her and so do we. We will DEFINITELY use her again. Five Stars for sure!
Amara did a great job with Max! He really seemed very attached to her, and she followed all of his routines.
Amara is the best! She is everything one would want in a dogsitter - responsive, responsible, thoughtful, considerate, and most of all, caring and attentive to my high maintenance beagle with separation anxiety. Will definitely book with Amara again!

Availability
I can provide round the clock care on most days and maintain your dog's regular routine as much as possible. I currently work part time (2 weekdays) and on those days can come back to your home during lunchtime.
