Pet care experience
Since we purchased our home 5 years ago I have been caring for family and friends dogs! From boarding to bathing. We also enjoy the fact that our dog Hazel gets a friend to play with :) Besides growing up with my dad who used to breed Shih Tzus, I have personally cared for other animals prior to getting our home and love it. That is why I’ve taken this side hustle on full time. I have patience, love and respect for all animals and will treat your furry family members like my own. Don’t be surprised if they come home doing new tricks.

Amanda was wonderful with our dog while we were away. She sent us photos every day and it was easy to see that Milo was being well taken care of. We loved that she offered to come pick him up and drop him off at no extra charge which was such a nice convenience and made our trip extra relaxing. We will definitely be using her again!
Amanda was incredibly accommodating and communicative with me in regards to this stay. Having the peace of mind that Oreo was being well taken care of while away enabled me to relax. Amanda, words cannot convey my gratitude for everything you did to make this so smooth for us and Oreo.

We just recently had a storm come through and tear our fence out, but rest assure, that will not stop me from getting your dog out and about!! We go for many walks and/or the park (specifically Broemmelsiek Dog Park when weather permits). I will be sure to abide by your schedule and routine to the best of my ability and will plan to go the extra mile to ensure you’re happy! I can also send photo updates throughout the day(s). If I come to your home I will be respectful and do what is asked of me. Also, we cover our couch and close house doors so if the dog accidentally jumps on our couch, it isn’t the end of the world. We are pretty laid back people.

Before booking. I prefer dogs get along with other dogs and children (if boarding at my home). If you have anything you’re working on with your furry friend or need them to take medication, I can do it. (I’ve never given a shot but if you show me the ropes, I will learn) The more details the better :) If I come to your home and you need me to water some plants or anything additional (within reason) I am more than happy to do so. I want you to enjoy your time away and know you’re dog is in good hands!
A typical day
Broemmelsiek Dog Park (has a pond for dogs to swim) and walking trails Quail Ridge Dog Park (has walking trails too) New Melle Lakes Park (for walks. No dog park) Walks around neighborhood trails Plenty of mental stimulation toys

I am currently a stay at home mom to a 2 year old toddler Girl and a very rambunctious Australian Kelpie and since I can’t leave to work at an office for 8 hours, I am doing this from the freedom of my home to help provide for my family all while helping out your family.
