I have always been a dog and animal lover my entire life. I have grown up with dogs, cats and other assorted pets all around me, I used to volunteer for the SPCA, I have worked in pet stores and I am also trained and have worked experience as a veterinary office assistant. I am a kind, gentle and loving caregiver and I will treat your family members as if they were my own because that’s what I would want for mine!

I have had the privilege of having Amanda watch my little pup not only was she super attentive, caring and on top of all feedings/walks she also would message me pictures of my pup while I was out of the country . I have a vast amount of experience with a broad spectrum of different animals with different types of needs and personalities and I can usually adjust to fit any type of situation. I just want to make sure that your special friends are as comfortable as possible in your absence, so I always try to have a “let’s make it work with what we’ve got” type of attitude towards everything!

I would love to know ahead of time if your pets have any special needs,concerns or behaviours that you think are important for me to know. I am always the most interested in giving them the best possible care and experience as possible. I am willing to work with any medications or supplements that may require administering as I do have experience with this from my time spent working in a veterinary clinic. I also don’t mind giving care to animals with special quirks and personalities too! All are welcome!!
A typical day
I am always looking for new ways to make pets happy and I am also lucky enough to live near a fairly large park with an enclosed area specifically for dogs! So, I am more than willing to take them there and exercise them as much as possible, but only if you’re comfortable with that, of course! I am also okay with only taking them out for walks for the specific amount of time that you require me to. I will always do whatever I can to make sure that they are safe, comfortable and happy!

I am currently working for myself from home and can set my own hours so I have all the time to spend with your furry friends! And I can tell you now that I’m far more interested in giving them love, care and attention instead of working so there’s no competition there!
