Hi, My name is Amanda. I grew up on a small family farm in Tennessee. I have cared for all kinds of animals — from feeding chickens to bathing hedgehogs. Please message me if you have any questions. 🤍 I will take TONS of photos and videos of your pet!! I even created a Facebook page to share some of my pet sitting photos!! 🐾 Just type in Amanda’s Purrfect Pet Sitting! I have a very large privacy fence. I have security cameras both outside and inside my home. I have two dogs and two cats — I can keep the cats up in a separate room if needed. I also have a full room dedicated as a “fur” room. I keep all pets stuff in on safe location (crates,food). I have no human-children. *** *** I require proof of up to date rabies vaccination. For boarding or doggie day care only, I also require the dog being on flea/tick and worm prevention. This is for safety for myself and other animals in my care. *** ***

Amanda did an awesome job sitting our dog, Rex. She was very knowledgeable and patient with him. He can be very anxious at times but she knew exactly how to handle him. She also gave him toys and treats which he loves and still plays with today. He had a blast!

When sending your pet into my care (daycare, boarding, check ins, house sitting) — they will be treated & loved like my own fur-babies! They are only outside when I am — I’m very cautious of dogs overheating. I have a large fenced yard with cameras and locks. When inside, I have a heating and cooling blanket that the fur-kids can use. I always have some type of enrichment game or toy for the day — like a delicious frozen kong! 🐶

This is for safety for myself and other animals in my care. *** *** Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. Please let me know any previous behaviors so I keep these in mind. Examples: doesn’t like storms, doesn’t like being left alone, not cat friendly
A typical day
I have a doggie pool — which is filled twice a day with fresh cold water! I have multiple noice machines — that can play rain sounds, brown noice, fans. When I leave the house, which is rare, I turn on the noice machines, tv (with cat or dog shows), or the radio! I live in a new large neighborhood, so I can take on walks around. Also, I have TONS OF DOG / CAT TOYS AND TREATS! ?? I also have add on services, like a dog bath with soothing conditioner or a furminator hair brush out!!

I am home most days — in August I will be starting my internship, however that is only a few days a week! So, I still have plenty of time for — being a pet nanny!!
