Hello! My name is Amanda and I’ve been caring for animals for over 7 years! I have been a certified veterinary technician since 2014. I started out assisting in kennels and grooming salons until I was able to work in the veterinary field! I’m comfortable doing drop in visits and dog walking. I’m extremely comfortable with our feline friends. I’m able to administer oral medications, give injections, and any other medical treatments under the instruction of your veterinarian! I’m extremely reliable, responsible, and communicative. Please contact me with any questions you may have! I currently work full time, 30 minutes from home. My days off are Sunday, Monday, and Friday as of June 2022. I enjoy doing drop ins and walks to get a little more outside time! I do not board in my home due to the small space and my three cats. I often like to spend time with the pet - giving praise and treats. If it is a drop in visit with a dog I always make sure they go potty first! I make sure to refresh their water and food as instructed by the pet parent and usually send photos as well!

Amanda is such a hardworking individual and always cares for her clients animals. Her being a CVT is a plus because if your pet needs any medical help, then you can trust she can provide that.
Amanda has cared for my 4 dogs for 3,4,& 5 days when I have traveled away from home. She's responsible and knowledgeable. I would hire her again without hesitation.
Amanda is exceptional with animals! She is very caring, loving and attentive. Her veterinary experience is a huge added bonus while pet sitting. Amanda took wonderful care of our two dogs, one being a senior diabetic with special needs. My worst fear was him having an episode while we were away in which he did but Amanda handled the situation perfectly. It was late evening and Amanda went above and beyond to get our pup the care he needed. We were so grateful we chose her to watch our pups and would chose her again. Highly recommended 💕🐾
Amanda W. has been taking care of my four legged babies for just over a year now. She is a vet tech at my veterinarian's office so I had seen her compassion and empathy for animals before I approached her to petsit. I have two cats and two dogs - a Chow and a Pitbull. She is very aware of my concern when I leave my babies behind and always keeps me informed by text and photo's on how they are doing. She has a great command over them and they are always very happy to see her. Her love for animals and what she does, is very obvious and I feel very comfortable leaving my pets in her care.
