Being a dog-lover is central to my identity. My dream is to make dog care a full-time job. I am a morning person and I require little sleep so I can accommodate even the strictest of walking and eating schedules. I truly love all dogs and dogs love me, I have never met one that I didn't get along with. Our rescue beagle Jasper, may he rest in peace, was quite testy. I am familiar and comfortable with difficult temperaments and degrees of personality. Our Lily Bug is high-energy and rambunctious but gets along great with other dogs. I can comfortably walk up to four dogs at a time (I regularly walk three beagles who are guided entirely by their noses). I have experience with elderly and disable dogs as well. I can accommodate pet care experiences to each dog's personality. For example, higher energy dogs will run with me as I rollerblade. My Lily can run full-speed for a couple of miles before getting tired so I use that trick for slower days to avoid nighttime zoomies. My backyard is perfect for dogs who love water, we will swim and play in the sprinklers for hours as is much needed in Miami most of the year.
