Pet care experience
My name is Amanda and I am currently the mom of 2 boys, a standard and miniature poodle, a rabbit and an African Grey. I would love the opportunity to care for your babies like I care for my own! I have owned dogs my entire life and have worked as a vet tech and groomer. Lots of experience with working breeds. I raised and showed Great Danes, so I love big dogs! Comfortable with a raw diet and giving meds (including injections). I have owned and worked with many kinds of animals, from livestock to injured wildlife so my intimidation factor is pretty low. I also have a Bachelor's in Wildlife Science. Wide availability, with the exception of Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8:00-12:00. Can trim nails, do basic grooming or transport your dog for an additional charge.

Amanda is the first person I call when I have an animal question (before my vet of course), and I truly trust her with my fur babies. She has first hand experience with all types of animals including owning horses, llamas and goats! Most everyone I know loves their pets, but I don’t know anyone that’s more of an animal lover and advocate, than Amanda. Anyone who can get Amanda to watch their pets for them should count themselves lucky to have found her if you ask me. Highly recommended!

I can walk your dog around the neighborhood or park. Mountain hikes available for an additional charge. If you'd prefer your pooch to stay closer to home, I can do playtime in the yard or in the house.
