Pet care experience
I've been working fulltime at a doggy daycare going on 4 years. I am comfortable with and love ALL breeds and temperaments (fearful, shy, "aggressive") I have a strong understanding of dog behavior and body language. I am more than capable of handling multiple pets per visit, the more the merrier! I'm passionate about animals and befriend every dog I meet. I get to know and understand each pet I care for on an individual level in order to provide the safest, most fun and low stress experience possible. Special needs? NO PROBLEM! I am experienced with senior dogs, diabetics, blind, deaf, incontinence and bone and joint issues. Making sure your babies have a fun time while you're away is my number 1 priority (along with saftey). Nothing brightens my day more than the face of a happy dog, which I'll be sure to snap a picture of and send each visit!
Reviews
Amanda is always caring towards all the pups in our care. She strives to ensure that they have a good time AND mind their manners with their friends.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with Amanda at Free Spirit Doggy Daycare and can confidently say that she is extremely knowledgeable in regards to dog behavior and their health. Her extensive background with animals has proven extremely beneficial to each and every dog’s mental and physical health at the dog daycare. Besides the knowledge she has gained through the years, Amanda has a huge heart and has formed indescribably compassionate relationships with not only the dogs but with her co workers as well. Amanda also has two of her own gorgous kiddos at home who are also loved beyond words.
