Pet care experience
I’ve been around dogs for most of my life. My parents have a rescue dog, and I take care of him whenever they go away, or when I visit! I have also dog sat for my family and friends throughout the years. I am very detail oriented, and will pay close attention to your rules and boundaries of your home. My parents dog is an escape artist, so I am always on my toes to make sure he’s safe, it will be the same with your doggo!

Amanda recently took care of our 13 year old dog while we traveled for a long weekend. She has an obvious love for dogs and gave our Spencer lots of love and attention. It was a very hot weekend, so she made sure she walked him early in the day and later in early evening. He loved his evening treat and cuddling with her. We would definitely call her again if we need someone to watch our dog!

Let me know if your dog has any triggers while out walking (babies, other dogs, people wearing hats, etc.). It would be helpful to know if you prefer a strict walk or a “stop and smell the roses” walk, too!
A typical day
Right now I am doing walks and check ins. I love to let the dogs explore the neighborhood, and be in charge of our path! The dogs get to stop and smell whatever they want!

I am available for after dinner walks on weekdays, and most weekends at any time! I work full time during the week but have an occasional week day off!
