I have been taking care of dogs since I got my very first own dog at 10 years old. I have raised several dogs from puppies through their senior years. My family and I all enjoy having visiting dogs in our home. We love them and treat them as they are members of our family. We love to go on adventures with permission and make their time with us a truly fun one.

There’s never enough words to express the amount of love and compassion Amanda has for animals. She truly treats them as if they were her own. I trust her with my own sweet dog who is 14 years old. She is partially blind and deaf. This causes anxiety in having to leave her behind for a trip. Knowing she is staying with Amanda is like a breath of fresh air. I know without any doubt that she will receive the upmost care and love. Anytime she sees Amanda, she runs towards her in excitement! This makes my heart so happy. I have a fenced in yard with dig out guards around a large portion of the fence. My home is also dog friendly as we have an indoor beagle. Your dog will be treated as a member of our family during their time with us.

A typical day
We love to play with toys and go for walks. I live near a park which is great place to walk. Our furry friends also love having access to our backyard from our doggy door on the patio.

Availability
I am a teacher that now stays at home to homeschool my 2 children ages 12 and 10. My husband is also at home with us working from home. This gives us a very flexible schedule for taking care of pets.
