Ready to give loving, playful care
Pet care experience
I’ve grown up caring for animals and kids. I had two Labradors when I was a kid and since then have cared for small, medium, and large breeds both in my own home and the home of others. I work in a helping profession, caring is just in my nature. I have a special place for pets in my heart. I have no human kids of my own but 1 fur baby who is my whole world. Your pet will be treated like family by everyone in our household!
Reviews
Amanda did an awesome job walking my buddy this week! She was very communicative and my dog liked her right off the bat. I'll definietly be rebooting with her.
Once again, Kiwi's absolute best Rover experience! We love Amanda and her sweet pup, Stella! 🙌
Amanda was great! She helped me out of a real bind on an important meeting day. She took good care of my two pups and I'm sure I will use her day care service again!
Amanda was great! She helped me out last minute with same-day doggy daycare and my pup had a blast!

We have a small fenced in yard and a walkable neighborhood as well as grassy field we use for fetch and running around when not too hot or muddy. Since we treat all pets like our own spoiled fur baby, your pet will be able to enjoy the comfort of any furniture and all areas of the home. We have several carpeted areas, rugs, a basket full of toys, blankets, and treats to make them feel welcome. We prefer to board and provide day care for up to two pups at a time from the same home only to minimize stress for all and provide better one-on-one attention to all pups.

Information Amanda S. would like to know about your pet
*We are only accepting dogs under 30lbs as those are the most compatible with our pup.* Please let me know about any conditions, preferences, or particular needs your pet has during booking requests. I’d love to know the breed, age, size, and temperament of your dog. Knowing what kind of play they enjoy and their typical energy levels/routine throughout the day will be helpful for us both to get comfortable with each other. We ask that all dogs entering our home be up to date on flea and tick prevention for the protection of everyone. Dogs with aggressive or destructive behaviors, male dogs who mark inside the home, or female dogs in heat are not permitted. All special needs and quirks should be made known during reservation period (i.e. slips out of collar, frightened by thunderstorms, gets car sick, excessive barking, digestive issues, etc). Please make us aware of any particular routine or schedule that your dog is used to so we can be as accommodating as possible (i.e. treats around certain times of the day, walk before bed, blanket to sleep on, etc). Any and all additional info is welcome!
A typical day
I have a large basket full of a variety of toys to stimulate any dog! We have a backyard and open field perfect for running and getting energy out. Your dog will have the opportunity for fetch, tug o war, snuffle mats, and many other games and activities. We are located within 15 minutes of Wescott Park, Ashley River Park, and Wannamaker Park. Pack comfortably! Just like you would for yourself, make sure to pack any comfort items, favorite toys, or favorite treats you’d like your pup to enjoy in our home. These items will be available to your pup regardless but it helps to have some familiarity.

Availability
My boyfriend and I both work full time from home. My job is flexible, which allows plenty of time for potty breaks, short walks, and play time throughout my work day. There will always be someone home with your pet and they will never be left alone.
