I have been fortunate to have one or more dogs in our family most of my life. I understand behavioral and health challenges from puppy to elderly dogs. When I am with your friend, they will receive my full attention. We (your dog and I) will also send you updates via phone or email, if desired! I will never bring another animal to visits unless requested. I am happy to feed your pet or complete other pet related chores, and will stick to your established style of training if applicable. Clients love that I am reliable and comprehensive. If needed, I will make sure your dog has food, water, treats, and has been looked after, walked, and cleaned up after. I anticipate clients needs, am detail oriented, and understand clear communication is essential.

I would recommend Amanda as a dogsitter to anyone. She did an amazing job with my pup, Coco. Coco stayed at Amanda's house for ten days which is a long stay for any sitter. But Amanda kept me informed and assured and took care that Coco handled the change well. When I dropped Coco off I gave some allergy meds to Amanda and just told her "She gets these twice a day." A few days later I got a text from Amanda saying she'd moved Coco down to one pill a day as per the instructions. That's when I knew she was a winner. I'd totally forgotten that. So if you want to leave a dog with a loving family who is competent, conscientious, and caring Amanda is an excellent choice.
Lily had a great weekend with Amanda! Amanda sent great photos of Lily and and was very kind and welcoming.
It was such a pleasure to work with Amanda! She went the extra mile to make sure my dog would have an excellent time in her home. Our dogs got along very well, and she sent me lots of cute picture updates! She was incredibly accommodating, even when my travel plans got delayed. We will definitely be booking with Amanda again in the future!!! Thanks for everything!

We have a fenced yard, and a furry friend to provide company. I am able to crate if preferred, and won’t crate if not preferred. Your pup will have their own space with a bed, food, and water. Toys and treats if permitted, and most importantly lots of love!

A typical day
Our walk adventure will depend on your dog's capabilities and desires. If your friend likes to play fetch at the dog park and socialize with other dogs, that's great! If your dog prefers to walk on a leash and doesn't like other dogs, I truly understand that challenge and am happy to respect their desire for space. If your dog really loves adventure we could go hiking. If they have trouble getting around we will stick close to home.

Availability
I am currently at home full time, so I will have plenty of time to play. We can walk, practice agility, or training, or other activities as desired. In the evenings, our children will be happy to play as well.
