Pet care experience
I am a huge animal lover that has experience being around many different types of pets. I'm very detail-oriented and will make sure to follow your directions carefully. I will get to know your pet's personality and try different methods to help them feel comfortable and safe. I may not be the best fit for your pet, and that is totally okay! I want this to be a comfortable experience for all parties involved. I’m a teacher and I work from 7:30am until around 4:30pm during the week. I’m happy to take a limited number of visits before school and then more after school and on the weekends. I am very detail oriented and will follow all of your instruction carefully. There’s a lot of trust having someone else in your home, and I make sure to respect that.

My dog Annie can be nervous when we're not home and someone shows up at the house. Her tendency can be to dig in her heels and refuse to go outside. Amanda took the time to gain her trust and got her to go out in the backyard, despite some miserable weather! We were able to go away for the day knowing that someone who was sensitive to Annie's needs was taking good care of her. I'm grateful to have found Amanda and would recommend them without hesitation!
Amanda is the best! She is so responsive, provides detailed updates, and takes lots of photos ❤️ My three cats were clearly well taken care of and received lots of love while I was away.

I love to walk and make sure we cover a distance that is comfy for your pet. I always make sure not to get overheated, and I pause when needed. I get to know the area and spend time in parks if there are any nearby.

I am a teacher so I do pet sitting before/after school and on the weekends. I don’t often travel over the holidays, so I am available most of the time!
