Pet care experience
I’ve been a pet sitter since I was 12. Watching cats, dogs, and other family pets, allows me to spread my love of animals and give owners the comfort to know that their loved pets are being taken care of. I’m pursuing a biology degree at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, with the intention of going to Vet school after. I am dedicating to improving and maintaining the health and well being of any animal I encounter. I currently am a volunteer dog walker at MADACC so I’ve encountered many different dogs from all walks of life. My experience here makes me uniquely able to read a dog’s body language and be able to predict what they may do next.

Amanda is so great the neighbors come over and ask us who our dog walker is. She's very conscientious of things we do with our dogs and they love her so much. Vey responsible and has great availability. We recommend her to all our friends and their friends.
Amanda watched our cat Penny while we were away for a weekend. She did such a good job, sent us updates and pictures so we could see she was being taken care of!

It’s good to know if your dog is good with other dogs or people. I don’t let dogs meet other dogs but it’s good to know if I need to avoid dogs altogether. If they have any funny quirks, I always love to know about them too!
A typical day
We can do whatever your dog wants! Sniffy walks, long strolls, or playing with a toy, I’m ready to have as much fun as possible!

I’m currently in college so my schedule is super flexible! My availability is mornings, afternoons, and nights, everyday except Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I’m always willing to make it work!
