Hi, I’m Amanda! I’m a 20-something, animal-loving journalist who would love the chance to help you take care of your furry loved one! I’ve been the proud owner of two cats, one black lab and two turtles throughout my lifetime and relished my time volunteering at a cat and dog animal shelter where I gained experience caring for nearly every breed, from a 175-pound Saint Bernard to a litter of Australian Shepherd puppies. My favorite thing about animals is how much joy they bring into people’s lives and I’m excited for the chance to keep your pet happy during your time apart, while paying close attention to detail, schedules, needs and communication. I enjoy strolls and jogs around downtown Oak Park, where I reside, and would love to have your pup tag along with me!
