I used to dog/house sit for a woman named Tracy for a year and a half. She had three dogs, two Italian Greyhounds and a Poodle, and a cat. I also grew up around several breeds- German Shepherds, Schnauzers, Miniature Pinschers, Chihuahuas, and several mix breed dogs. I also have experience caring for a Pit Bull and a young Boxer puppy. I currently own a Min Pin/ Wirehair Terrier mix and a Chihuahua. From May to July I took care of two Wire-haired Portuguese Podengos. I played with them every morning and throughout the day. We also went on many hikes, some upwards of five miles. I believe every dog deserves a chance to play and feel young, no matter the age. Dogs are part of the family. They never judge us, just give us constant love and expect nothing more in return. If I could live the rest of my life surrounded by dogs, it would be the perfect life.
