Pet care experience
I've cared for cats& dogs since as early as I can remember. My family always had multiple dogs at a time so I am very used to caring for multiples and making sure each has their own attention and love! We always had a few cats too! I currently have an almost 2 year old female named Stella who is mixed breed (lab&terrier) dog who is spayed. She is treated like my second child. I have a 2.5 year old son who also loves playing and getting kisses from all the fur babies! My family friends continue to trust me to care for their dogs while they take vacations or have long work days. It is my pleasure to treat your baby as if he/she was my own.

Amanda is our go to person for house sitting, dog sitting and even babysitting! She treats our home, animals and children with respect as if it was her own. She is very reliable and communicates great!!
We wouldn’t want anyone else to take care of our dogs. Amanda goes above and beyond. Our dogs really love her and get so excited when they find out they’re going for a visit.
Amanda has really been the only person I trust with my dog for over 7 years. I can leave him at her house with no issue. He runs right in like he owns the place. She sends picture and video updates. She is great all around!

In my home, my dog has her own crate where she prefers to be when she is not out socializing with us. My cat roams in and out of the home at his leisure. He normally stays to himself until he’s like a belly rub then comes to find a human. I have gates throughout my house to separate the animals and separate my son from the animals when he just wants to play by himself. I have a large backyard where I have a 10x12 kennel. My dog likes to go out there on nice warm days. I have multiple bowls I set out for water. Typically I will take one dog out at a time so they have my undivided attention. I will follow any guidelines listed by the owner and am able to send updates via text/email.

A typical day
I live in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. I am also close to a park . We will take multiple walks throughout the day. We will always go into the backyard where I can throw the ball and let them run safely. It helps having another pup to tire yours out too! For cats I will typically put them in an area away from the dogs so they feel safe and comfortable.

Availability
My job is community based; therefore, I have the flexibility of working from home. I am able to take breaks frequently to take animals out to use the bathroom and several walks throughout the day. I enjoy socializing my dog with other animals as she loves having friends. I also enjoy the opportunity to get to know others' animals as I would have a farm if I could!
