Pet care experience
I'm a dog-lover and the owner of a 2 year old French Bulldog, Salmiakki, looking to take care of your dog as if it were my own. With a fenced-in backyard, walks around the neighborhood, regular hikes at Turkey Creek Trail, Shoal Creek, Bull Creek, and Red Bud Isle, as well as trips to Yard Bar, your dog will love spending time with me and my Frenchie while you're away. Your dog will also get special attention while lounging around at home, too. As a dog owner, I understand the importance of quality care for your dog when you have to be away. I hope to offer you the peace of mind that your dog is well-cared for and loved when you have to be out of town.

Amanda watched my young puppy for a weekend and was incredibly accommodating and very communicative. She allowed me to drop him off very early and pick him up late due to our flight schedules. She sent pictures twice a day and gave a thorough report when I picked him up. I highly recommend Amanda and am certain I will be using her again in the future.
Amanda was great! She not only took Winnie for a walk, but also gave her some social time with her own doggie. She communicated well and we'll definitely hire her again.
We could tell our two dogs enjoyed their stay with Amanda! They were a little sad to leave their new friends and very worn out when we got home. Amanda was very communicative and easy to schedule with for a meet and greet and pick up/drop off. They have a lovely home in Hyde Park with a nice little backyard. We loved getting the pictures sent us during their stay and know they felt right at home being able to snuggle on the bed/couch. We will definitely use Amanda again!

A typical day
We'll walk around the Hyde Park neighborhood as well as hike at trails around Austin. We frequent Turkey Creek Trail, Shoal Creek Trail, Bull Creek, Onion Creek, and Red Bud Isle. To get some play time with other dogs, we'll visit Yard Bar, with your permission, as well. With a fenced in backyard, your dog will also get outside playtime and time for some lazy sunbathing!
