Amanda boarded my senior chocolate lab for a week. That is the longest he has been away from us in a long time. Amanda and her dog Noodles took great care of Mason providing frequent updates and photos. All went very smoothly. We will use and Amanda again on our next trip.

The sitter was briefed initially about my pup that it is not house trained and she is in the process of crate training now. My pups profile also clearly shows that she is not house trained. I also did a meet and greet with the sitter to let her know that in the process of crate training my pup should be in the crate all the time and every 4 to 5 hours she needs to be walked outside for doing her business. All these happened 4 days prior to the reservation. But the sitter forgot almost everything and within a few hours of dropping my pup the sitter let her freely play in the house with her dog and my pup eventually had 4 accidents. The sitter did not contact me immediately after the first or the second accidents and let it all happen and then texted me and claimed that I had initially told her that my pup was house trained and she was not. The sitter did not pay attention to instructions or the pup and let the accidents happen and also falsely claims that all this was because of me not providing me with the information which was clearly a violation and may be she had some other dog in mind. For her carelessness the sitter had charged me $120 for the damages and also told me if I don’t confirm the charges then I will have to pick up the pup. I will not recommend this sitter as she lacks professionalism and also not good with dogs especially with pups. Also this sitter does false claims to claim for damages it was a very bad experience for me and my pup.
