I loved and cared for my special-needs (diabetic) cat, Roxy, for 17 years until she passed in 2019. Since then I’ve been traveling and spoiling my friends pets. More recently, I had the pleasure of loving Charlie, a 16 year old Rottweiler/Lab mix. Now, instead of having my own pet, I’d love to care for your pets and still be able to travel in between!

Amanda has been my go to pet sitter for years! The girls love Auntie Amanda. She’s very careful to follow even the most particular feeding or medication directions. My cat that tends to hide whenever people come around, will grace Amanda with her presence and I’m often sent photos of their snuggle sessions. I feel comfortable knowing that my dog, cat & home are in good hands whenever I’m unable to be there. 10/10 Highly Recommend Amanda.
Amanda was absolutely perfect with my dog Apollo. He loved her immediately. She is punctual & very trustworthy. I highly recommend using her for your pet sitting or dog walking services.

Please let me know if your dog has specials needs or has any behaviors that I should account for. I work well with most breeds but if they are aggressive towards males or strangers, I would like to know. Let’s set up a meet & sniff so your pet and I can become acquainted before you go!
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs physically and mentally. We can play games inside or outside, work for treats, check out smells in the neighborhood or go find a nearby dog park if your dog plays well with others!

Availability
Part time, semi-regular or on a weekly/home sitting schedule. My schedule as a freelancer is very flexible and can be accommodating. Sometimes I will house sit multiple pets for a month, other times walk a dog a few times a week. I’m flexible, just ask!
