Pet care experience
Every animal has their own individual personality, that is why I take the time to get to know your pets likes/dislikes and needs. Having a shy rescue dog myself, I know the importance of going slow for those that can be a little more skeptical of strangers. I was in the veterinary field for 6 years, so I am familiar with the many dangers to dogs and cats, and how to handle emergency situations.
Reviews
Amanda is absolutely amazing with our dogs. We have some high anxiety dogs and she is so patient with them. She even got our most aggressive dog to smile! She is the only one we trust with our house and our pets!
Amanda was great! She shared pictures & videos of our three dogs while we were away. We came home to happy dogs! Thanks again Amanda!!
Amanda was the PERFECT person to stay with our dogs and cat while my husband and I were on a cruise. We have challenging dogs. Our little girl barks a lot and doesn’t trust anyone. Our little guy barks a little louder and even less trusting. Amanda was so patient with them and has experience in working with high anxiety dogs. I knew she was the right fit when she sent us a picture of Penny kissing her and Stewie laying with her. Penny also has anxiety around food and Amanda tried different things to help her eat her food. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my pets and the house were in good hands. We are booking her again for our next trip.
Great job keeping my girls safe and loved! They, and the apartment, looked great when I came back. Amanda sent photos and videos throughout the week without me having to ask, which gave me peace of mind. I honestly think they miss her now that I'm back from my trip and going to work.

Safety, trust & environment
I treat every animal as if they are my own. That includes going for walks, playing, and as much love and attention they will allow me to give!
Information Amanda R. would like to know about your pet
Before taking responsibility for your baby, I need to know any of their medical needs, what makes their tail wag, what makes them nervous (for my boy it's his paws being touched), and anything else that you think will make your baby happier while in my care.
A typical day
Playdate Itinerary: Fetch. Belly rubs! Treats. Walks (only in the early morning, or late afternoon to avoid hot pavement). Lots and lots of cuddles. Repeat.
