I have had dogs my entire life. My parents always adopted rescue dogs, so I have experience will dogs of all temperaments. I have my own resucue that we got as a puppy, so I have been actively training basics as well as new tricks. I love going on runs with my dog or long walks. Love going on road or off trail. I am usually training for a road race so will switch up my runs and terrains to not get board or burnt out, which also is great for the pup :). On my "rest" day, it is a nice walk. But all run/walk lengths and terrains will depend on your pooch and his/her limits and what you ultimately want. In the summer or on nice days, I am big on bringing my dog to the dog park or dog friendly beaches.
