I’m devoted to caring for dogs and cats! I’m dedicated, passionate, and organized, and I’m looking forward to meeting your dog and becoming a supportive and dependable friend. Because I provide care in your own home, and dogs get comfortable with me very quickly and your pup will quickly feel at ease while in my care. Of course, I do everything I can to ensure an optimal transition. I’ve had success working with all types of dogs and I truly enjoy getting to know what makes each one unique. I adopted my first dog from the Humane Society when I was seven years old. His name was Dodger, and he lived a long, amazing life. Through middle and high school, I volunteered weekly at the Pasadena Humane Society. I’ve always been passionate about adoption and rescuing. Helping a dog find a safe, happy, and welcoming home is utterly fulfilling--I don’t think any dog should be overlooked. I’ve had my dog Hadley, a terrier mix, for about five years. She’s my best friend, and I don’t know what I would do without her. More recently, I’ve become a foster dog parent through the Henry’s Hope Foundation, and I regularly foster dogs for them. In my downtime, I love to read, cook, and visit art museums. I have a very flexible schedule, and I love all sorts of pets, so I’m excited to provide care for your family’s creature clan in your home. I am pursuing a teaching credential and master’s degree at this time and hope that I will be able to work with Rover even when I’m in school! I’m extremely communicative. In addition to calling and sending texts, I’ll always be available if you have any questions or concerns. I’ll get outside often with your dog--Hadley and I frequently go on hikes or to the dog beach--and focus on playtime, walks, and plenty of treats. Spending time with my dog always makes me the happiest, and I’m sure that spending time with your dog will be just as delightful! And there’s nothing like being loved to bring the best out of any dog.
