I have always loved animals and even majored in Psychology for the behavioral aspect to help my work with animals. I always make sure their needs come first and know that my job is to keep them safe and happy! I am extremely responsible and will strictly follow instructions, consistently keep you updated, and of course send pictures! :) About me: I am a Colorado native and as mentioned earlier, a Psychology Major with a Minor in History. During my free time I enjoy yoga, hiking, road trips, watching/playing sports, crochet, and most of all spending time with my daughter. I also am one of those people who enjoy making things clean and organized, so please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any special projects around the house you may like help with while you’re gone! I would be more than happy to help! My experience: I worked for 4 years as a kennel technician at a Boarding/Veterinary facility where I would supervise play times, walk dogs, clean kennels and most of all spoil the dogs and cats there! I worked with just about every breed and temperament you can think of and absolutely loved getting to know each and everyone of them! I was also able to gain experience working with special needs dogs and have also had to administer mediation to both dogs and cats. I also have previous experience house/pet sitting and enjoy being able to help the dog (or cat) feel comfortable in their own home while their parents are away. I have also worked as a nanny and a teaching assistant and have volunteered at the aquarium as well. I absolutely love the outdoors, so if you are looking for a dog walker or someone to take your dog out to enjoy the outdoors as well then I would love to help you out! I am happy to take dogs on hikes with me or to a local dog park. In the case an injury/emergency happens while your pet is in my care, I am CPR/First Aid certified for pets. I have always had dogs and cats in my life and could not imagine a life without them! I also can't imagine a better job than to be around animals and spoil them!
