Hello 👋🏻 My name is Amanda! I've grown up with animals my entire life. Dog or cat - I will treat your pet like they’re my own! I'm a long-time animal activist who has volunteered with different shelter and rescue organizations over the past few years. I regularly foster and offer animal transport services for the local shelter. I love spending time with animals and giving them the attention they need and deserve! I have two cats of my own and have had dogs my entire life - I am very educated on temperaments of both animals. Expect constant pet pics, and updates from me while you are away - I’ll make sure to give you piece of mind that you’re baby is in good hands! And for cat owners - I have owned and fostered cats my entire life, and I’m very in tune to their diverse personalities and mannerisms. I would love to take care of your cat! I work a 9-5, but I am happy to check in on your pets before or after work. I’m available most weekends, and only have two cats at home currently, so plenty of time to give your furball love and attention! Note: there will be a 20% surcharge on any requests more than 10 miles away from my residence in Oak Lawn to account for travel costs. This will be calculated after the booking request is made. Safety is my number one priority. Having pets of my own my entire life, I know how quickly a dog can slip out of a leash, or a cat can slip out the door if you’re not paying attention. I promise to treat your pets with the care and attention that I would my own animals. *NOTE: I require all dogs to have a meet and greet prior to booking to assure my own safety, and your pets safety. For this reason, I do not take same-day bookings for dogs, but assess cats on a case by case basis.
