I have been working with and caring for dogs, cats, and other animals for 10+ years. I've worked with veterinarians, day care and boarding facilities, and house sat dogs or cats. I truly love animals, I have no breed fears and can handle 100lb+ dogs. I'd love to help you take care of your babies! I do have cats, but they are easily kept in the den or room when needed, but they also are dog friendly. Either way, they are not a problem. The dog walking area of my neighborhood is right next to my building and while it's not fenced, it's a space for dogs, and I am experienced in walking the largest of dogs. I'm very flexible, and very reliable. You will never have to worry about your pet, or home, with me. I treat all animals with love and will follow your instructions to a "T". I can also medicate your pet, if needed. I would love to answer any questions that remain to assure you that your pet is in fantastic hands!

Amanda is a wonderful caretaker of animals; especially dogs. She is kind, patient, thoughtful & adaptive with my precious furbaby and I am truly grateful. My dog is a big sweet teddy bear but she also has a strong, slightly stubborn explorative nature and Amanda is handling all of my baby's needs with caring & calm attention to detail. Are they leash, food, toy, owner aggressive/possessive when it comes to other dogs (or people)? This is not a disqualifier, simply pertinent to be aware of. Do they know any commands? Do they have any allergies? Medical conditions? Which veterinarian do you use? Are there particular behaviors or things that scare or anger your pet (tall people, men, children, noises, etc.)?
A typical day
I'll ask where the pet loves to walk and if you'd like us to go there! We can release some energy and get exercise, while maintaining proper leash control and observing the pet's behavior closely at all times. Otherwise, I can visit them in your home and give them attention there.

I work around 11AM-7PM with an hour break in between, so I can visit your pet morning, afternoon, and night, if needed. I'm flexible on times.
