I have experience raising puppies, but currently have a 2 year old rescue dog who is shy but gets along well with most dogs. I work as an elementary school therapist so my summers are very flexible and I’m home most of the time. I have a doggy door and a small yard where my dog can go in/out as he pleases during the daytime, but we also go on walks and to the dog park. I also have a dog camera to keep an eye on my dog when I’m not home. Dogs are allowed on my furniture and my dog sleeps in our bed, but we also have a crate if needed.
