Pet care experience
I love the various personalities of dogs and cats. Whether they are boisterous and playful or shy and reserved, your family member will receive my upmost attention. My care (for dogs) includes a walk and play with their toys. Belly rubs are a must for canines. A few scratches behind the ears for cats, if welcomed :) I work a 9-5, Monday-Thursday outside of my home, so I am happy to provide care during the evenings and weekends. I am also happy to take care of dogs during the early morning hours (5am-7am), as well. I've had dogs and cared for them all my life, varying from small dogs (Toy Poodles) to bigger dogs (German Shepherds). Currently, I have two cat-sons (Mr. Feeny and Kofi) and a dog-niece (Kaya) and they are the apples of my eye.

I took my first trip after my cat went on medication and was super nervous about it. Amanda swept all of my fears away, took on a fiesty cat, and did an amazing job. I would absolutely recommend Amanda to anyone!
When Coco and I met Amanda before my trip, I knew I made the right choice; highly recommended; she even left me a card saying how much she loved caring for Coco; in world of texts and emails, it's nice to get a handwritten card.

In my home: I monitor all animals to ensure they are mingling well. Therefore, if they'll be out of my sight for a moment, even if I’m stepping away to use the bathroom for example, I'll separate them. In my client's home: I ensure your pets have everything they need until you or I return to them. This includes potty breaks, food, fresh water, comforting toys, etc.)

I'd love to know how many walks and/or potty breaks your dog will need. Also, please let know if they have any dietary restrictions, toy preferences, or any random phobias. I’d also love to know what their favorite treat is.
A typical day
I love to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. We will go on walks to check out all the random smells and every blade of grass. For stays near my home, we will explore the Dubkin Playlot Park, as permitted by pet-parents.

Amanda can watch in your home
Availability
Monday-Thursday: Walks and breakfast between 5am and 7am and between 5pm-10pm. Friday-Sunday: I'm very flexible for drop-ins. I only do dog boarding during the weekends. Care includes feeding, walks, play, and medication, as needed.
